We don't give you a fixed legal document to use as-is. Your form can cover age requirements, health conditions, tattoo risks and consent, aftercare instructions, and data and photo consent, all in your own words, the way you'd actually explain them to a client sitting in your chair.

We give you a solid starting point pulled from a real consent form artists already use, so you're never staring at a blank page, but every line is yours to edit, replace, or turn off.

That matters because you know your process and your clients, better than any generic form ever could. A consent form that sounds like you is one your clients will actually read.

Health screening, built in

Instead of one open text box for "any allergies?", clients answer a proper screening checklist: heart conditions, pregnancy, blood thinners, prior ink reactions, and more, each with a clear yes/no. If anything comes back flagged, you'll see it before they sit down, not after the needle's already out.

Aftercare that travels with the signature

Your aftercare instructions aren't a separate sheet clients lose on the way home. They're part of the same signed record, right there next to what they agreed to, so there's never a question of whether they actually saw it.
