Answer the Questions Before They're Asked: FAQs Are Now Live on Artist Profiles
Every artist gets the same questions. How much does a session cost. Do you take walk-ins. What's your cancellation policy. Do you require a deposit. How long until the tattoo heals.
Right now, those questions land in your DMs one at a time, and you end up typing the same answers over and over. We built a fix.
Introducing Artist FAQs
You can now add your own FAQ section directly to your Inkjin profile. Pick the questions that come up most for your work and write the answers once. They show up right on your page, before a client ever has to message you.
This is fully yours to shape. Add as many or as few questions as you want, and update them whenever your policies change. Some ideas for what to include:
- Pricing and minimums
- Deposit and cancellation policy
- Walk-in availability
- Aftercare instructions
- Touch-up policy
- How to prepare for a session
Why it matters
Fewer repeat questions means more time for the work that actually pays. It also means clients arrive at their consultation already informed, which makes for a smoother first conversation and fewer surprises on both sides.
A clear, well-written FAQ also builds trust before you've even spoken to someone. It shows a client you run your practice with the same care you put into your art.
How to add yours
Head to your artist profile settings and look for the new FAQ section. Add your questions and answers, save, and they'll appear on your public profile right away.
Got a question you wish clients asked more, or a policy you want featured? We'd love to hear about it.
